Price and Registration
The ticket price is $25 per game per kid. You can register multiple players in one session. The registration is available online in advance. Upon registration, you will be asked to provide your email and the phone number as well as the full name for each kid. You may also select an existing team, add a new team or ask to be added to an existing team. You will be asked to accept the Maplemind game Terms and Conditions.
There are no processing fees.
You will be redirected to PayPal, where you can complete the payment.
The HST will be charged on top of your ticket price.
Adults can attend the game at no cost. Seating for adults is limited.
Staff on Site
The staff onsite includes venue coordinators and security as well as Maplemind Events and Entertainment staff (coordinators, DJ/AV technician, MC).
Our friendly coordinators perform check-in and event coordination functions. They also control the audience, address the needs of event guests and participants, collect the answers from teams, make sure that players are properly seated and taken care of.
A dedicated group allocates the answers and calculates the results.
The DJ/AV technician plays the music and controls the screens as well as sound and lighting equipment.
The MC hosts the game and provides entertainment.
Food and drinks
Bottled water will be provided to players at no cost. There is a cafeteria on site, where food and drinks can be purchased before or after the game. No external food or drinks will be allowed in the venue.
Parking for event participants is FREE.
